Shipping policy

processing time:

our current processing time is 10 to 14 days from order to ship date. custom orders may take longer depending on fabric availability. we try our hardest to get our bandanas in your pups paws as soon as possible.

please note, you will not get an email update until we create your shipping label and the item is ready to ship

COVID-19 notice:

due to COVID-19, some fabric shipments have been delayed by the post office. we are hoping to still maintain the 10 to 14 day processing time, but this may change depending on when fabrics arrive. if you select a pattern that is impacted by this issue, we will reach out directly to discuss your options.

shipping policy:

shipping time and costs will vary depending on the service that you choose at checkout. please make sure that your shipping address is correct before placing your order. in the case that it is not, email us as soon as possible so we can change it on our end before mailing it out.

once the package is given to the post office, we rely on the mail service to deliver your package within the time frame. delays may happen due to weather or other circumstances so please keep that in mind when placing an order.
