due to the handmade nature of products, each bandana may vary slightly. this includes the color, pattern placement, size, and shape. this means no two items are exactly the same and your pup's piece is unique! our products are not animal proof, nor should your pet be unattended while wearing our products. paw and prairie is not responsible for any damage due to misuse.
our current processing time is 10 to 14 days from order to ship date. custom orders may take longer depending on fabric availability. we try our hardest to get our bandanas in your pups paws as soon as possible.
due to COVID-19, some fabric shipments have been delayed by the post office. we are hoping to still maintain the 10 to 14 day processing time, but this may change depending on when fabrics arrive. if you select a pattern that is impacted by this issue, we will reach out directly to discuss your options.
we ship internationally using your local post provider. shipping time and costs will vary depending on the service that you choose at checkout. please ensure your shipping address is accurate before purchase.
you will be notified when your package is dropped at the post office and tracking will be available at that time if you have selected a tracking option. paw and prairie is not responsible for delays due to weather, strike, other conditions, or delayed processing by the post office.

we do not accept returns due to the fact that our items are handmade to order. we provide detailed sizing information under the faq section in our header as well as in every product description. please let us know if you have any questions before purchasing.
exchanges are permitted due to defect or if you are unsatisfied with your order due to quality or imperfection. please email us with photos and a detailed explanation of any imperfection noted. shipping back to paw and prairie is the responsibility of the customer. once we receive your defective item, we will replace with a new item as soon as possible.
paw and prairie is not responsible for lost or stolen packages and bandanas cannot be replaced if damaged due to customer or animal misuse and damage.
we recommend spot cleaning your paw and prairie products. hand wash cool and iron as needed.
where do you source your fabrics from?
our fabrics are sourced mainly from Canadian suppliers, with some coming from the United States. all fabrics are 100% premium cotton or cotton poplin and printed with eco friendly dies, ensuring minimal impact on the environment.
